More and more production companies relocate the first round of the casting process away from the casting agencies directly to the actor. In so called onlinecastings, the actor is forced to deliver a cold reading in front of a web- or a dv-cam and then required to upload the file to a secure Casting portal.

For all actors who must prepare for such a casting and want the benefit of controlling their takes, critiquing and analyzing their casting, before the submission of their work, in this first round of casting, we at Martz&Walker offer a coaching service. The actor comes into our studio, we replicate Casting conditions, with the benefit of rehearsal and the submission of their best take. We then convert the material and upload it to the given server.
